Bio

Hey, I’m Misha, a BBA student exploring the space where creativity meets business. I’ve tried my hand at writing, editing, and even talent acquisition, and along the way, I discovered how much I enjoy learning new things and working with people who care about what they do. At TEDx Jain University, I’m part of the Media & Creations team, where I get to help ideas come to life visually. I’m all about projects that make a difference and conversations that make you think.

I'm passionate about

I’m passionate about a lot of things, and most of them are rooted in care — for people, for the planet, for animals, and for the small, meaningful parts of everyday life. I love writing and reading because they make me feel connected — to myself and to others. Art gives me space to express what I don’t always know how to say. Cooking is something I turn to when I need grounding — it’s creative, but also comforting. I also care deeply about the environment and animals — especially cats, if I’m being honest. There’s something really special about trying, even in small ways, to be kinder to the world around you.

An idea worth spreading

I think one idea worth spreading is that creativity doesn’t have to be loud, dramatic, or perfect to be meaningful. Sometimes, the most powerful forms of expression are the quiet ones - a journal entry that helps someone process a feeling, a photo that captures something others miss, a meal made with care. We’re so used to thinking that impact has to be big to matter. But I believe that small, intentional, personal things can be just as powerful - they make people feel seen, heard, or simply comforted. And honestly, in a world that moves so fast, slowing down to make something just because it matters to you can be a quiet kind of rebellion - and a really beautiful one.

The TED story

To me, TEDx is about curiosity - the kind that makes you pause, lean in, and really listen. I didn’t join because I had all the answers or a big idea to share. I joined because I love being part of things that feel thoughtful, creative, and real. As part of the Media & Creations team at TEDx Jain University, I get to help shape how ideas are seen and felt - through visuals, storytelling, and the little creative choices that make a big difference. This is a space where I get to work with people who care deeply, think differently, and want to build something that resonates. And that’s something I want to keep being part of, in any way I can.
