Bio
I’m Saina Anand, part of the Curation team at TEDxJainUniversity, where I work at the intersection of ideas, storytelling, and impact. I’m deeply curious about people, such as what drives them, what shapes their journeys, and how their stories can spark change in others.
My work revolves around identifying ideas worth spreading and helping shape them into powerful, authentic talks. I’m especially interested in conversations around youth leadership, creativity, personal growth, innovation, and the power of perspective.
I'm passionate about
I’m passionate about psychology and movies, the art of understanding the human mind through storytelling. I love analyzing characters, motivations, emotional arcs, and the subtle psychological themes hidden beneath cinematic narratives. Films have the power to shift perspectives, spark empathy, and help us explore parts of ourselves we don’t always acknowledge.
An idea worth spreading
Powerful ideas don’t belong only to experts, they exist in everyday experiences. When ordinary people are given extraordinary platforms, their stories can reshape how we see the world. Creating safe spaces for authentic storytelling is one of the most impactful ways to inspire change.

The TED story
My TED journey began with a curiosity about how ideas influence culture. Being part of TEDxJainUniversity showed me the invisible work behind every powerful talk. The conversations, edits, rehearsals, and breakthroughs.
Through curation, I’ve learned that the strongest talks aren’t about perfection; they’re about clarity, vulnerability, and courage. TEDx has shaped how I listen, think, and engage with the world. It’s not just about organizing an event, it’s about building a space where ideas can truly change everything.
Things you might not know
People don’t know I’m good at reading between the lines, whether it’s in conversations or films. I naturally pick up on emotional cues, hidden motivations, and psychological patterns that others might overlook. love breaking down their psychology, understanding their choices, and connecting their stories to real-world behavior.
