I’m Lelaine Dela Cruz, an event director and community builder who loves turning ideas into experiences that bring people together. I work at the intersection of creativity and structure—where stories, people, and possibilities meet. My focus is creating spaces where people feel safe, celebrated, and inspired to see themselves in a bigger light.

Building platforms that empower people, especially women, to step into leadership roles they never thought they could take. And also: food, storytelling, and adventures that make life feel alive.

Our voice is the most important thing to protect, we're nowhere without them. Every great building, shifts in culture, love and war, all came from that tiny voicebox, and it is me and my team's duty to protect and amplify it to leave the world a better place.
