Elli Papadopoulou holds a degree in Business Administration from the Athens University of Economics and Business Administration and is a certified Quality Management Systems Inspector, accredited for both ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 9001:2015 standards. With 30 years of experience, she is a Senior Consultant on ESG, Sustainability & Quality, dedicating her career to spearheading projects that bring about positive environmental and social change. Elli's expertise lies in crafting and implementing projects with a strong emphasis on environmental and social sustainability. She has honed her skills in the development of economic & socioeconomic studies and assessments for "green entrepreneurship" initiatives and investments. Her consulting services for the design and implementation of Sustainability Strategies and projects for private and public institutions concern either the whole ESG spectrum of activities of an institution or a focus on specific themes, depending on each project’s needs and priorities. She undertakes a holistic support, throughout the whole life cycle of projects and engages with all stakeholders involved, in the context of consultations & focus groups at the design phase, trainings, awareness activities and feedback / evaluation sessions. She dedicates great focus on drafting reliable, transparent and coherent Reports, which demonstrate the actual environmental and social impact of the reported activities, via systematic measurement of relevant KPIs, Her experience also includes Quality Management & Monitoring of projects and activities, including the relevant risks identification, the drafting of quality management, risk prevention and response plans, and also their monitoring and evaluation. Finally, she conducts specialized Trainings on Sustainability & ESG Strategy, on Quality & Business Continuity, on Tenders / Procurement Procedures, on Fundraising tools and RFP submission.
