Bio
A student leader passionate about communication, leadership, and innovation. I actively take part in academic, community, and creative projects with the goal of inspiring others through collaboration and forward-thinking ideas. My vision is to turn challenges into opportunities and to empower youth voices in creating meaningful change.
I'm passionate about
I am passionate about empowering young people to recognize their potential and to see challenges as opportunities for growth. What excites me most is the process of transformation — when a student, a peer, or even myself realizes that setbacks are not the end but rather the beginning of a new journey.
My passion lies in leadership, communication, and community engagement. I believe that real change begins when individuals collaborate, share ideas, and take collective action. Through volunteering, public speaking, and creative projects, I have witnessed how small initiatives can spark significant impact, not only strengthening communities but also shaping character.
I am also deeply passionate about learning — not just academic learning, but the kind of lifelong learning that helps us adapt, innovate, and stay resilient in a constantly changing world. I see every interaction, challenge, and opportunity as a chance to grow and inspire others to do the same.
Ultimately, my passion is about creating environments where voices are heard, ideas are valued, and people are encouraged to turn vision into action. This is what drives me every day and what I hope to share on the TEDx stage.
An idea worth spreading
My idea worth spreading is that challenges are not roadblocks — they are stepping stones to growth. Too often, young people see failures, rejections, or difficulties as proof that they are not capable. But in reality, every setback carries within it the potential for learning, resilience, and transformation.
I believe youth should be encouraged to reframe obstacles as opportunities to innovate, collaborate, and build stronger communities. Through leadership, volunteering, and active communication, we can turn struggles into experiences that empower us and others.
My goal is to share how shifting our perspective from “problems” to “possibilities” allows us to unlock creativity, strengthen unity, and inspire meaningful change. If we start seeing challenges as opportunities, we can reshape not just our personal lives but also the future of our communities.

The TED story
My TED story began with a simple realization: every challenge I faced carried within it an opportunity. As a student, I encountered moments of doubt, failure, and rejection — but over time, I discovered that these experiences were not signs of weakness, but invitations to grow stronger.
Through leadership roles, volunteering projects, and community engagement, I began to see how reframing difficulties could inspire not only myself but also those around me. I witnessed how young people could transform when they felt empowered to turn problems into possibilities.
My TEDx idea comes from this personal journey: that challenges are not barriers, but stepping stones toward growth and innovation. I want to share my story to encourage others, especially young people, to see setbacks differently — not as endings, but as beginnings.
TEDx, to me, is not just about speaking; it is about sharing a spark that can ignite change in others. My story is one of resilience, perspective, and empowerment, and I believe it is worth spreading to inspire communities to embrace challenges with courage and creativity.
Things you might not know
Most people know me as someone who is active in leadership and communication, but few realize that I am also good at listening deeply and observing quietly. I have the ability to notice details that others often overlook — whether it is the hesitation in someone’s voice, the potential in an unfinished idea, or the small opportunities hidden inside a challenge.
I am also good at connecting dots across different fields. I can take lessons from one area, such as volunteering, and apply them to problem-solving in education or innovation. This ability to transfer knowledge has helped me not only grow personally but also support others in finding creative solutions.
Finally, people may not know that I am good at resilience. I have learned to turn setbacks into motivation, and this has become one of my hidden strengths that fuels my leadership journey.
