Jennifer Dean loves to see both speakers and speaker coaches THRIVE. With a heart for making a positive impact, her mission in life is to help others elevate who they are and discover what becomes possible when people collaborate and work hard together.
As a nationally and internationally recognized Speaker Coach, Jennifer has guided talks that have reached over 2 million viewers worldwide. She brings both expertise and encouragement to every coaching relationship, drawing out the best in those she supports.
Jennifer is honored to serve as Executive Director of Speaker Coaches for TEDx Torrey Pines and is excited to come alongside the coaching team—fostering growth, confidence, and connection every step of the way.
