I first joined TEDxIMTHyderabad as a junior team member, curious to learn and contribute. What started as supporting tasks quickly grew into a passion for shaping how ideas are communicated. Over time, I was entrusted with more responsibilities, and eventually became the Brand Curation and Communication Coordinator. In this role, I didn’t just manage campaigns—I worked on curating narratives that captured the spirit of ‘ideas worth spreading.’ From designing and executing communication strategies to collaborating with speakers, sponsors, and team members, I learned how powerful storytelling can connect diverse audiences. The journey from team member to coordinator taught me two key things: the value of consistency in earning trust, and the impact of leadership that inspires collaboration. TEDx was more than an event for me—it was a platform that transformed the way I think about communication, teamwork, and creating experiences that leave a lasting mark.

Something people don’t know I’m good at is building instant connections. Whether with leads, donors, or teammates, I can strike a rapport quickly and keep conversations meaningful.
