About Andrew
Bio
Andrew Rusk is a Toronto-based strategy executive, entrepreneur, and community builder working at the intersection of brand, culture, and growth.
Over the past 15 years he has led marketing, brand, and growth strategy for major organizations across financial services, technology, and media, including leadership roles supporting global brands such as HSBC and Air Canada. He is the co-founder and managing partner of Collective Advantage, a strategy studio that advises companies, private equity firms, and family offices on growth, cultural influence, and brand strategy.
He served as Chair of the Vancouver Mural Festival, helping scale it into one of Canada’s fastest-growing arts organizations, and co-founded the Captain Nichola Goddard Fund, which has grown into Canada’s largest fund supporting and celebrating female service members and veterans.
His work explores a simple question: why do people gather—and how can organizations earn a place in those communities?
