Bio
With over 23 years of international experience spanning business, public administration, social integration, and culture, I bring a multidisciplinary perspective and a natural ability to bridge worlds. I have designed and led initiatives that champion inclusion, sustainability, and human rights, collaborating with diverse teams across Europe and beyond.
I specialize in connecting valuable projects with the right partners and sponsors — building collaborations rooted in shared principles and values. Whether it’s a business conference, a cultural celebration, a social initiative, or an environmental sustainability event, my focus is on creating experiences that deliver lasting impact in the community.
My journey has taught me that real change happens when vision meets collaboration, and when people feel inspired to act together for something greater than themselves.
I'm passionate about
I’m passionate about creating meaningful bridges — between people, ideas, and resources that can spark change. I’ve spent over two decades moving between worlds that seem very different on the surface: media and corporate boardrooms, grassroots community initiatives, international cultural projects, public administration, and environmental or socially responsible business events.
What connects them all is my drive to create spaces where people can truly connect — not just network. Whether it’s a cultural festival, a corporate event with purpose, a community dialogue, or an environmental initiative, my focus is on designing experiences that inspire, engage, and leave a meaningful impact.
My journey has also been deeply intercultural. Living in Spain and France, and working in multicultural teams with people from diverse nationalities and backgrounds, taught me how to navigate cultural nuances, respect sensitivities, and mediate across perspectives. These experiences made me a natural bridge between cultures — someone who can listen deeply, adapt communication styles, and foster mutual understanding in diverse environments.
I’m deeply committed to leadership with purpose — leadership that blends strategy with empathy, and performance with sustainability. I believe that the best solutions emerge when we look beyond silos, when we bring together disciplines that don’t often speak to each other, and when we design with both the human and environmental impact in mind.
My passions also live in the simple, grounding moments: the colours of a sunrise, the energy of a live performance, or the collective joy of a community celebrating together. I believe these experiences — whether complex or simple — have the power to shift perspectives and to remind us of what really matters.
I am passionate about using every skill I’ve gained — in communication, strategy, event design, intercultural collaboration, and public policy — to build projects that inspire, empower, and last.
An idea worth spreading
I believe that meaningful change — whether personal, organizational, or societal — begins with the courage to pause, reassess, and realign. In a world where speed often overshadows depth, I’ve learned that stepping back can be the most powerful step forward.
My journey has taken me across diverse fields: from media and corporate strategy to public policy, cultural events, and community impact projects. Each chapter brought opportunities to grow, but also moments when the pace and intensity made me lose sight of my own rhythm. It was in those moments — when the noise was loudest — that I discovered the importance of listening inward, of reconnecting to what truly matters.
Through these experiences, I realized that energy, purpose, and boundaries are not luxuries; they are the foundation of meaningful work and a fulfilling life. The idea I want to share is simple, but not easy: we can build success that doesn’t cost us our well-being, and we can lead without losing ourselves in the process.
This means rethinking leadership — blending strategy with empathy, vision with presence, and performance with sustainability. It means designing environments, projects, and relationships where people thrive because they feel seen, supported, and inspired.
I believe that when we align who we are with what we do, our impact multiplies, creates a ripple effect that transforms lives and communities. And when we create spaces for others to do the same, we don’t just achieve results — we spark movements that last.

The TED story
Some connections never fade — they simply wait for the right moment to spark again.
Laura and I had known each other for years, once working side by side and discovering how naturally we resonated. Life took us on separate journeys, shaping us through different experiences. When we met again, it felt as though no time had passed. We shared the missing years and found our values still aligned: integrity, curiosity, and a shared belief in the power of meaningful work.
By then, I was creating events that bring people, ideas, and opportunities together — spaces where conversations can turn into action. When Laura invited me to be the Fundraising Designer for TEDx Tractorul, with its powerful theme of Mindset, I knew it was exactly where I needed to be. It combined my love for connecting people with causes and my belief that the right ideas, shared at the right time, can shift perspectives.
Working with a passionate, purpose-driven team and curating a space for voices from diverse backgrounds has been a reminder of why TEDx is so special to me: its ability to inspire transformation, spark change, and leave a lasting imprint on how we see the world — and on how we see ourselves.
Things you might not know
Seeing the whole picture — and the missing piece.
I have a knack for walking into a complex situation, quickly understanding its dynamics, and identifying the one element that, if addressed, can unlock everything else. It’s a mix of intuition, systems thinking, and years of navigating very different professional and cultural environments.
