I am an organizational psychologist, executive coach, and organizational development strategist. I lead product, research and professional services at TalentSmartEQ, where I partner with organizations across healthcare, finance, government, education, and beyond to turn emotional intelligence into practical, scalable development. I am mildly terrified at the state of the world, the US in particular, and equally hopeful that we can turn this ship around with good ideas and even better humans at the helm.
