I'm passionate about
I’m passionate about helping high-achieving women reclaim their energy, authenticity, and inner power so they can lead—and live—with fulfillment, freedom, and purpose.
I believe the next frontier of leadership is energetic: it’s not about doing more, but becoming more aligned. I’m here to help redefine success on our own terms and model a new paradigm—one where vitality and impact go hand in hand.
An idea worth spreading
Leadership isn’t just a skillset. It’s a frequency.
For too long, we’ve defined leadership by titles, strategies, and external outcomes. But these metrics don’t capture the deeper reality: that the quality of our leadership is a direct reflection of our internal state—our energy, our presence, and our alignment.
Here’s what I learned throughout 15 years in corporate HR, leadership development, and deep coaching work:
You can’t out-strategize misalignment.
You can’t “time-block” your way out of burnout.
You can’t lead others effectively when you’re disconnected from yourself.
The future of leadership isn’t just about doing more, it’s about integration.
We’re at a cultural tipping point. The old script—what I call the Hustle Paradigm—tells us that success requires self-abandonment, over-functioning, and chasing worth through productivity. But it’s leaving leaders, especially women, burnt out, unfulfilled, and questioning: What is this all for?
The idea I want to share is this:
Leadership is an energetic act. When we shift the internal frequency from stress to coherence, from fear to authenticity, and from depletion to vitality, everything changes.
I help leaders make this shift by returning to the body, honoring their emotions, and learning to lead from a place of inner alignment. This is what I call Vital Leadership—where energy becomes the foundation, not the afterthought.
When people learn to lead themselves with sovereignty, presence, and energetic clarity, they become a force that transforms teams, cultures, families, and futures.
In my own story, the wake-up call came when a personal loss revealed the cost of a life lived out of alignment. That pain became a catalyst for my own journey from burnout and corporate identity crisis to rebuilding a career and life anchored in coherence, vitality, and truth.
That’s why I wrote my book, The Energy Blueprint for Leaders—because I believe this work isn’t a luxury. It’s the foundation of real, sustainable leadership and integrity in the world we’re living in.
So here’s the idea worth spreading:
If we want to build a better future, we don’t just need better leaders—we need vital leaders. And that starts by teaching people how to come home to the vitality inside themselves.
The TED story
My story starts with a loss that became a wake-up call.
When my mother passed away tragically, I had a front-row seat to what happens when we override our authentic selves for too long. It forced me to ask: What (and who) am I living for?
At the time, I was thriving on paper—a senior HR leader in the corporate world, successful by every traditional measure. But inside, I was burnt out, disconnected from my body, and quietly suffocating under the weight of expectations.
Her death cracked something open in me.
It wasn’t immediate, but it sparked a slow unraveling of my identity, my career path, and the belief that I had to earn my worth through productivity. When a corporate restructuring offered me a “respectable” exit, I took it. No plan. Just a gut knowing: I can’t live like this anymore.
What followed was not glamorous. My body broke down along with the basis of my identity. My mind spiraled. But through that darkness, I began to listen and really hear myself.
I started studying the nervous system, somatic work, energy, and leadership from a whole new lens. Eventually, I rebuilt everything: my business, my health, my relationship with purpose. Today, I help high-achieving leaders make that same leap out of fear-based operating and into coherence.
My TED story is about the moment I stopped following someone else’s script and started writing my own.
