Darcy Fagerwold is a dedicated teacher, mentor, business owner, and speaker, committed to empowering individuals to embrace their unique strengths. She is the proud owner of Expressions Dance & Movement Center in Santee, California. Darcy is deeply involved in her community, having served for many years on the board of directors for the Chamber of Commerce, including a term as chairperson. She currently serves on the board for the Santee Chamber Foundation for Good and is also the co-founder of Elev8 Arts Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to ensuring every child has access to arts education. Through her board membership with the local Chamber of Commerce, she actively works to strengthen her community and support the success of other small businesses. As a Certified Coach and the Teacher Training Coordinator for More Than Just Great Dancing, an international dance studio affiliate program serving over 300 studios, Darcy shares her expertise with a wider audience. She is also a certified Working Genius facilitator. Darcy and her husband, Steve, have been married for 28 years and are the proud parents of three children. Her happy place is on the beach with a good book.
