About Mandeep
Bio
Mandeep is an Investor at Lightrock, where he is passionate about backing entrepreneurs building sustainable solutions for people and the planet.
Prior to joining Lightrock, he was an Associate Principal at CrossBoundary Advisory’s Nairobi office, working with donor partners and advising on capital raises across sectors such as electric mobility, commercial forestry, and agriculture.
He also spent four years at Gatsby Africa as a Manager, focusing on market systems development, blended finance, and investments across the aquaculture and textiles & apparel sectors.
Mandeep holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Warwick. In his downtime, he swaps building decks for running shoes, mountain trails, and perfecting his pour-over coffee technique.
