Bio
As I step into the role of Head of the Curator Team at TEDx, I look forward to leading a passionate group committed to discovering and shaping ideas that truly deserve a global stage. My focus will be on identifying compelling voices, collaborating with speakers to refine their narratives, and ensuring that each talk resonates with depth and purpose.
With my background in education and academic leadership, I aim to bring a thoughtful, empathetic, and creative approach to the curation process. I believe that powerful ideas—when chosen with care and delivered with authenticity—can inspire meaningful change and spark lasting conversations.
This role marks not just a new responsibility, but a profound opportunity to contribute to a platform that celebrates vision, voice, and transformation.
I'm passionate about
I’m passionate about inspiring a shift in mindset—encouraging people to embrace positivity, lead a peaceful and content life, and be the kind of person who extends a hand when someone needs support. I believe true change begins with attitude, and if we can foster more empathy, mindfulness, and kindness in our daily lives, we can create ripples that transform not just individuals, but entire communities.
An idea worth spreading
I believe that education is not just the transfer of knowledge—it's the awakening of possibility. It has the power to shift mindsets, dismantle barriers, and ignite change from within. True education goes beyond textbooks; it nurtures curiosity, cultivates empathy, and empowers individuals to question, create, and lead.
In a world that's constantly evolving, education must become more than a system—it must be a force of transformation. When we make learning relevant, inclusive, and deeply human, we don’t just shape successful individuals—we build stronger, more compassionate communities.
My idea worth spreading is simple yet radical: When we reimagine education as a tool for inner and societal transformation, we unlock a better future for all.

The TED story
Though I haven’t yet had the chance to attend a TEDx event live, I’ve spent countless hours immersed in TED Talks online—each one offering a window into someone’s passion, struggle, or breakthrough. Over time, these talks have quietly but profoundly shaped my personal journey.
As an educator, I’ve often found myself turning to TED for insight, inspiration, and perspective. These stories have challenged the way I think, helped me reimagine my classroom, and ultimately made me a more empathetic, curious, and purposeful teacher.
Now, being part of the TEDx curator team feels like a full-circle moment—a chance to give back to the platform that has given me so much, and to help others find the kind of ideas that changed me.
Things you might not know
People don't know I'm good at making people laugh even in the most unexpected moments, and uplifting others when they need it most. I have a natural instinct for motivating people—not just with words, but with presence and empathy. I'm also someone who takes criticism with grace, seeing it as a tool for growth rather than a personal attack. Above all, I’m always ready to extend a helping hand—quietly, sincerely, and without expecting anything in return.
