Bio
I’m currently the Co-Organizer of TEDxIITRoorkee, where I work with an amazing team to bring powerful ideas and inspiring stories to the stage. From curating speakers to shaping the event experience, I love being part of something that encourages people to think differently and connect more deeply.
Being part of TEDx has taught me how impactful a single idea can be when shared with the right energy and purpose. As a student at IIT Roorkee, I’m passionate about creating spaces where innovation, creativity, and meaningful conversations can thrive.
What excites me most is seeing how a TEDx event can bring together such a diverse group of people—students, professionals, artists, and thinkers , all driven by curiosity and the desire to make a difference. Outside of TEDx, I enjoy exploring technology, design, and the stories that shape our world. For me, this journey is about learning, connecting, and sharing ideas that truly matter.
I'm passionate about
I am passionate about building things that bring people together and spark meaningful conversations. Whether it is through organizing events, launching a project, or simply exchanging ideas, I enjoy creating experiences that leave a lasting impression.
Entrepreneurship inspires me because it allows you to take something from scratch and shape it into something impactful. I love the excitement of trying new things, learning along the way, and seeing an idea come to life. That same motivation drives my involvement with TEDx, where I work to bring inspiring voices and powerful stories to a wider audience.
I care deeply about creativity, leadership, and using collaboration to make a difference. I enjoy being part of a team that shares a common goal and is willing to put in the effort to make something meaningful.
More than anything, I am passionate about learning, growing, and helping others do the same.
An idea worth spreading
Idea Worth Spreading: The Power of Starting Small
I believe that some of the most impactful journeys begin with small, uncertain steps. We often wait for perfect plans or ideal conditions, but in reality, progress starts when we take action—even if things aren’t fully figured out.
Whether it’s launching a startup, beginning a creative project, or organizing an event like TEDx, the first step is rarely glamorous. It might be messy, uncomfortable, or even unnoticed. But it's what sets everything in motion.
Starting small isn’t about limiting your vision. It’s about trusting the process, learning through doing, and allowing your idea to grow with time. Every big success story begins with someone who chose to begin, despite doubts or imperfections.
If more people embraced this mindset, the world would be full of more creators, problem-solvers, and change-makers. All it takes is the courage to start.

The TED story
My TED journey started in 2025 when I was a team member for TEDxIITRoorkee. We hosted a full-day event at the MAC Auditorium with over six inspiring speakers. The days leading up to the event were intense. Around ten days before, we faced unexpected challenges like last-minute speaker cancellations and logistics issues. It tested our patience and teamwork, but it also taught me a lot about problem solving and staying calm under pressure. Seeing it all come together on the event day was incredibly rewarding and made the entire experience unforgettable.
Things you might not know
Something most people don’t know about me is that I have a deep love for Hindi and Urdu poetry. It started as a personal escape, a quiet way to express what I feel but cannot always say out loud. Over time, I began writing my own pieces, drawing inspiration from everyday moments and emotions. I enjoy playing with words, rhythm, and meaning. It gives me a sense of calm and connection. Even though I do not often share this side of me publicly, poetry is something that has stayed close to my heart.
