About Dr. Elizabeth
Bio
An educator, researcher, and veteran dedicated to advancing learning through technology and inclusive practices. With dual doctorates in Instructional Technology and Curriculum & Instruction from Nova Southeastern University and Florida International University, respectively, Elizabeth brings a global and practical lens to education. Her work spans high school teaching, international university instruction, and educational research, focusing on distance learning, student support, and motivation in digital environments. Elizabeth currently serves as a high school Social Studies teacher as well as the Director of the De La Salle Scholars Program in the Archdiocese of Palm Beach, where she mentors high-achieving students in leadership and academic growth. She is also adjunct faculty in International Relations at Schiller International University and an ETS Trio Instructor at Florida International University. A former U.S. Army Reserves Communications Sergeant, Elizabeth’s research and conference work, presented from Hawaii to Dubai, focuses on distance learning, student support systems, and technology-driven motivation.
