I am an undergraduate student pursuing BBA in Marketing at the University of Rajshahi. Beyond the classroom, I’m deeply immersed in organize, research, Lead and Explore.At Rajshahi University, I serve as the General Secretary of the Rajshahi University Marketing Club (RUMARC), where I lead various initiatives to foster Marketing event organizing and engagement among students. Previously, I worked as an Executive at the United Nations Youth and Student Association of Bangladesh (UNYSAB), where I was involved in impactful youth-focused initiatives. Additionally, I had the privilege of serving as the Head of the Event Management Wing for the TEDx Rajshahi University event, where I led a dynamic team in organizing a successful and memorable program.

I am passionate about creating platforms where young voices are not just heard but celebrated. Whether through organizing transformative events, leading social impact projects, or launching youth-led initiatives, I believe in the power of purposeful action.

As the Head of Event Management for TEDx Rajshahi University, I learned that every unforgettable moment begins long before the audience takes their seats. Behind every inspiring talk lies a carefully woven tapestry of creativity, coordination, and relentless dedication. Leading the event management wing was more than orchestrating logistics—it was about crafting experiences that spark curiosity and ignite change. From managing countless moving pieces to inspiring a team of passionate volunteers, I realized that events are living stories, and I was privileged to be their architect. This journey taught me that true leadership isn’t just about directing—it’s about listening, adapting, and creating space for ideas to flourish. TEDx showed me how powerful a single idea can be when combined with meticulous execution and heartfelt collaboration. More than an event, it was a movement—a collective heartbeat of young voices eager to shape the future. Being part of TEDx wasn’t just an achievement; it was a calling to empower others and myself to believe that we are not just waiting for tomorrow—we are building it today.

People don’t know I’m good at connecting the dots behind the scenes—turning chaos into smooth, seamless experiences. While many see the spotlight moments of an event or a project’s success, few realize the countless moving parts I coordinate quietly to make it all happen. I’m also skilled at listening deeply—not just to what’s said, but to what’s unsaid—helping teams and communities find their true voice and direction. Beyond planning and leadership, I excel at building trust and empathy in fast-paced environments, where collaboration can make or break the outcome. In short, I’m good at being the invisible architect of impact.
