Bio
Hi! I’m Suhana Goyal, currently pursuing a Bachelor of Management Studies at Deen Dayal Upadhyay College, University of Delhi. I’m from Ghaziabad, where I spent my early years growing up and completed my schooling at Indirapuram Public School. From a young age, I’ve been someone who loves structure, planning, and finding creative ways to solve problems—qualities that naturally led me to the field of business. Today, I proudly serve as the Head of Branding and Promotion at TEDxDDUC, where I get to blend creativity with strategy to shape how our event looks, feels, and connects with people. My role involves everything from designing campaigns and managing promotional timelines to ensuring that every piece of communication aligns with the core values of TEDx—innovation, inclusivity, and impact. It's a role that challenges me, but also excites me every single day.
I’ve always believed in the power of teamwork and collective effort. Whether I’m working with designers, content creators, or fellow organizers, I find so much value in sharing ideas, solving problems together, and building something meaningful as a team. Collaboration is something I truly thrive on, and TEDx has shown me just how powerful a motivated group of individuals can be when working toward a shared vision.
I’m also deeply passionate about the world of business and aspire to start my own venture in the future. That dream is what drives me to constantly learn, explore, and grow. I see my current journey as a foundation—building the right skills, mindset, and experiences that will prepare me for that path. Being part of TEDx has been instrumental in that process. It has taught me how to communicate effectively, manage time and resources, think creatively under pressure, and most importantly, how to lead with both confidence and empathy.
Outside of my TEDx responsibilities, I enjoy observing how businesses build their brands, how teams work efficiently, and how ideas turn into impactful realities. I carry that curiosity with me into everything I do.
For me, TEDx is not just an event—it's a launchpad. It’s a space where I get to learn by doing, grow by collaborating, and lead with purpose. And I’m incredibly grateful to be a part of a platform that empowers me to not only contribute meaningfully but also prepare for the entrepreneur I aim to become.
I'm passionate about
One thing I’m deeply passionate about is the world of business and entrepreneurship—not just the idea of running a company, but the entire journey of building something from the ground up. What fascinates me most is how a simple idea, when nurtured with the right mindset, strategy, and execution, can grow into something impactful and lasting.
Beyond that, I genuinely enjoy planning, organizing, and managing things efficiently. Whether it's handling timelines, coordinating teams, or breaking down complex goals into doable tasks, I find a lot of joy in making things run smoothly. I think that’s why I’m drawn to leadership roles—they allow me to bring structure to creativity and help others work at their best, too.
The TED story
is something I look up to.
Things you might not know
Something most people don’t know about me is that I’m actually really good at reading people and understanding group dynamics. While I’m often seen in roles that focus on strategy, design, or execution, what I quietly enjoy is observing how people interact, what motivates them, and how a team can function better when everyone’s strengths are recognized and appreciated.
