I am Ariana Blanden (Morris) an experienced trainer and servant leader with a demonstrated history of working in the building materials industry. My passion is training and development. Skilled in Nonprofit Organizations, Microsoft Word, Coaching, Communication, and Event Management. Strong administrative professional with a Master of Liberal Arts with a Natural and Social Sciences emphasis. I enjoy helping people in various aspects, it brings me joy.

Training & Development. I love helping people understand processes and working with different learning styles. I am confident when you take the time to train people correctly, they are able to perform better. I am also passionate about being a Fashion Stylist. I love shopping personally and professionally which I realize is not a joy for many. Seeing my clients light up when they upgrade their wardrobe without all the anxiety and stress of shopping, love it!
