Bio
Giada Franceschini is redefining how Italian businesses implement artificial intelligence. As CEO and co-founder of Parla AI, the first Italian LLM aggregator platform, and AI Solutions Architect and co-founder at Boosha AI, she creates human-centric AI solutions that enhance rather than replace human potential.
Her unconventional journey began with studies in Computer Science for Management at the University of Bologna, where she discovered her passion for the philosophical questions behind AI: "Where does knowledge come from, and how does it transform into action?" This fundamental inquiry has guided her professional path.
After gaining experience in performance marketing and growth hacking, Giada recognized a critical gap between AI's potential and its practical implementation in Italian businesses. This insight led her to co-found Boosha AI in 2024, developing solutions that optimize business processes while prioritizing human expertise and change management.
In late 2024, Giada launched Parla AI, a groundbreaking PaaS platform that democratizes access to advanced language models by aggregating multiple LLMs into a single enterprise solution. This platform not only optimizes costs and efficiency but also minimizes environmental impact through intelligent resource allocation.
Alongside her entrepreneurial ventures, Giada is committed to AI education, having delivered over 200 training sessions in just the last year. She teaches at prestigious institutions including IED, RUFA, and Ninja Business School, and contributes to UNINETTUNO University's "Intelligent Systems" course.
Her approach to technology innovation is deeply influenced by her passion for marathon running.
"When facing a marathon, you don't think about all 42 kilometers at once, but about the next kilometer. I apply the same approach to technological innovation: great transformations through concrete, manageable steps."
Giada's vision for AI is fundamentally human: every solution begins with understanding the people who will use it, their needs, and their context.
This human-centric approach reflects in how she leads her teams, valuing individual skills and creating an environment where technological innovation merges with professional growth.
I'm passionate about
Democratizing AI through education, running marathons that taught me to tackle impossible challenges step by step, exploring diverse cultures through travel, and building technology that maintains human dignity at its core.
An idea worth spreading
AI's greatest challenge isn't technical, but human—we must shift from passive consumption to critical engagement, creating systems that amplify human potential rather than diminishing it.
The TED story
TED talks have inspired my thinking since I discovered them as a student, showing me how powerful ideas can transform our world. I'll be attending TED AI in San Francisco this October, and one of my greatest aspirations is to share my human-centered vision of artificial intelligence as a TED speaker—bringing the message of accessible, ethical AI to a global audience eager for a balanced perspective on technology's future.
