Larry is a strategic advisor and investor. Recognized as one of the country’s leading technology M&A attorneys, he currently serves as Global Co-Chair of Goodwin’s M&A Group, a practice that has been #1 in the world by volume for five straight years. He is an award-winning expert in technology and consumer transactions, with a particular strength in AI and ML having been involved in significant transactions for DeepMind, Geometric Intelligence, Semantic Machines, Zoox, InflectionAI, Covariant and many others. Larry is also Co-Founder and Managing Partner of SilverCircle, a community forward VC fund; and is Senior Advisor to the CEO and Board of HumanX.
