By cultivating this essential skill, I have empowered myself as a teacher educator and as a person, strengthening my connections with students, colleagues, family, and friends. I will discuss how saying “no” can lead to greater clarity, focus, and well-being, helping individuals and communities prioritize their passions and goals. A educator/teacher should be like a magician on the stage. As a teacher when ever I am on the stage it’s always a new experience with the innovative idea of the young minds around us. As a class teacher or the co ordinator when students and others look at me with all the bright eyes filled with hope and immense trust that our teacher will protect as or she will always guide as to the right path made me realise the work or the trust I have built among them which always reminds me Never to give up. Even a thought of giving up will have a impact on the way of working
