Rob Stevenson

Throughout his career, Rob Stevenson has consistently challenged recording artists to exceed their potential. As a respected music industry executive, creative director, and trusted collaborator, he has actualized and facilitated seminal releases by everyone from The Killers and Fall Out Boy to Gotye, Post Malone and Beastie Boys, to name a few. Over two decades in the major labels system, Rob signed and developed artists that have sold over 175mm albums globally. Sensing a shift in the music ecosystem, he opted for the independent label sector in early 2020 and joined 300 Entertainment as a Partner. There he continued to champion trendsetting mavericks like Young Thug and Gunna and cemented a new vanguard of stars through A&R, fan engagement, publishing, and distribution. As Partner, Rob was on the executive team that led the sale of 300 to Warner Music. He exited Warner in early 2023 and has recently founded new independent record label ALTER Music.
