Additionally, he is a mental coach specializing in working with juniors, focusing on mental health and building resilience to high-pressure situations. Przemysław also collaborates with the JBB Foundation, providing charitable support to youth facing challenging moments in their lives. My passions are sports, creating events, mental training, working with young people and giving back what I have received. For me, sports are a source of energy and discipline that I transfer to other areas of my life. Creating events is a way to use my creativity and organizational skills, allowing me to create spaces full of inspiration and positive energy. The mental training that I do both for myself and in my work with others allows me to build mental resilience and motivate me to develop continuously. Working with young people gives me great satisfaction because I believe that the young generation is the foundation of our future, and giving back what I have received is a natural way to support their potential. I inspire others and draw inspiration from their ideas, creating a continuous cycle of mutual development and support.

Integration of Theory with Practice in Education

For as long as I can remember, I have been passionate about TED talks, so when they were looking for volunteers for TEDx Lublin in 2024, I immediately volunteered to help. That same year, I was responsible for coordinating the speaker care department and stage design, using my experience as an athlete, sports event organizer, and Toastmasters member.
