Hi, I’m Sheena Collier — a connector at heart and in practice. For over 20 years, I’ve been building relationships, creating strategy, and bringing bold ideas to life. Whether I’m curating events for 25 or 25,000 people, crafting community-centered experiences, or developing partnerships that move the needle, I love making things happen in a way that feels intentional and rooted in purpose. My passion sits at the intersection of civic life, social infrastructure, and culture. I run a consulting firm called The Collier Connection, where I help businesses and organizations engage the people they really want to reach—whether it’s through a brand launch, strategic initiative, or citywide activation. In 2020, I founded Boston While Black, a digital and in-person membership community designed to help Black people find belonging in the cities they move to. What started in Boston is now growing into a scalable model to transform how we live, work, and connect—online and offline. I’m a proud Spelman alum and earned my Ed.M. from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
