Bio

I’m an immigrant who grew up in Brooklyn, now building things that help people work smarter. I co-founded TaxDome, a platform for accountants. I have a wife and daughter who keep life exciting, and I’m an aspiring golfer, which means I’m learning patience the hard way. I value community, sharing meals without phones, and the small rituals that bring people together. I’m passionate about promoting conversation and holding two conflicting ideas in my head at the same time. Always up for a great discussion—especially over good food.

I'm passionate about

Family, traditions, theatre, debate, golf, cooking, Japan

An idea worth spreading

We often think of wealth in purely financial terms, but real wealth is multidimensional. Sahil Bloom breaks it down into five types: financial, social, physical, mental, and time wealth. The hard truth? You can’t maximize them all at once—especially when building a startup. Dharmesh Shah recently wrote that if you’re growing a company, you’re making an active trade-off: you won’t have a balanced life. You have to pick. But maybe the real challenge isn’t finding balance—it’s deciding which type of wealth you’re optimizing for at any given moment, and being at peace with the trade-offs.

The TED story

I’m attending TED alongside my college roommate, Neil Mukhi. Every year, we try to go to at least one event that pushes us to think differently, and TED feels like the perfect place for that—somewhere to step outside our day-to-day work and have conversations that challenge and inspire us. In building businesses, we’ve taken a different path than the typical “unicorn or bust” mindset. Instead of chasing explosive growth at all costs, we’ve focused on doing things differently and finding sustainable ways to grow—staying independent while competing with VC-backed companies. At TED, I’m looking forward to connecting with people who think deeply about what success really means, learning from those who have redefined it in their own ways, and leaving with fresh ideas that will shape the way I approach work and life.
