Alejandro Ponce

Born and raised in Lima, I ended up studying business in Spain. I play bass, watch too many films, and cook ambitious dishes whenever I get the chance, even if it’s only for myself. Finance is where I’m headed professionally (M&A/Consulting), with my long-term goal being to let the creative side eventually take over via entrepreneurship. This fall I’m moving to Tokyo for a semester as an exchange student. I’m genuinely in love with Japan’s food and culture, and I’ve been getting into Zen Buddhism too.

Expressing ideas and emotions in ways that words alone cannot capture. Whether it’s through film, in the kitchen, playing the bass guitar, drawing, doing sports, or anything really, I’m passionate about exploring how unique ‘languages’ can communicate, inspire, and connect with others.
