"I started my professional career three years ago as an assistant in training sessions aimed at developing soft skills for teachers at UNEC. Currently, I continue my role as an assistant in the HRM MINI MBA program and 4th-year student in Economics at UNEC. I have held leadership positions in several organizations and gained experience in strategic management, leadership, and innovation. I have a special interest in innovation and youth development. My goal is to contribute not only to economic and social sectors but also to education, technology, and personal development for young people."
