I’m Srisha Mohandoss, an educator and social entrepreneur with a deep passion for improving education in India. I serve as the Director of Education at SSVM Institutions, where I work alongside a dedicated team to support students' academic and personal growth. I also co-founded Ruh Continuum School and Ruh Early Years, schools focused on holistic development, creativity, and emotional intelligence, aiming to provide nurturing environments where children can thrive. As a TEDx speaker, I’ve been fortunate to share my thoughts on early childhood development and the importance of innovative teaching. Outside of work, I enjoy classical music and am honoured to have been a national gold medalist in 10-metre rifle shooting. My journey is one of continuous learning, and I remain committed to helping children develop the skills they need to navigate an ever-changing world.
