The TED story

In 2019, I joined TEDx Petrópolis as a volunteer, excited to be part of an event I had always admired. From the start, I dreamed of helping bring inspiring ideas to my city. However, with the arrival of the pandemic, we faced immense challenges that prevented the event from happening. Time passed, and after moving to another state and country, I returned to Petrópolis with a fresh perspective and renewed determination. In 2024, I had the opportunity to come back to TEDx Petrópolis, this time as part of the development team. Working on this project has been a transformative experience, as I could finally see my dream of bringing the event to my city come to fruition. Every step taken, every idea shared, reminded me of the power of connection and resilience. I am thrilled to contribute to an event that not only celebrates new ideas but also unites the community around them. TEDx Petrópolis is not just an event; it's a space where voices meet and transform realities. I can’t wait to see it all come to life again!
