My name is Damla BAHADIR. I have been an English teacher since 2006. I have worked in primary, secondary and high schools. I have been an English teacher at Beşiktaş Atatürk Anatolian High School since 2023. I also worked in France as a Comenius Assistant for 8 months. I have attended many seminars and in-service trainings about my field. I have had my master’s degree on using augmented reality technologies in teaching English as a foreign language. I completed my training in CELTA in March 2022. I am married with two children.

I was just a TEDx watcher till my dear students asked me to help them organize TEDx event in our school. I hope that my students' enthusiasm will be the beginning of my first TEDx event at my school.
