I have founded three successful high-tech start-ups, DaVinci Systems, Hotlinx, and Accipiter. I'm currently serving as Exec Chair of Tethis, an advanced materials company that makes super-absorbent polymers and other products from renewable, bio-degradable sources. I have written a book, Fruit at Work, that examines the application of spiritual disciplines to the workplace. I teach a bi-weekly high school class that uses "TED Talk" like content to inspire and provoke my students.
