Kallima is the CFO and COO at GirlTREK, the largest health movement and nonprofit for Black women and girls in the country. With over 10 years of experience in management consulting and finance transformation at Fortune 100 companies such as IBM, ESPN, GE and Accenture. Kallima brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to drive the organization's strategic vision and operational excellence.
As the CFO and COO, Kallima oversees the finance, accounting, compliance, employee experience and operations functions at GirlTrek. Kallima is responsible for ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the organization, as well as supporting new ventures and growth opportunities.
