Bio
Nicole’s professional background highlights her experience in fostering relationships to improve the world’s human situation. She spent a decade dedicated to two powerhouse social entrepreneurs behind two game-changing non-profits: Richard Branson’s Virgin Unite and Scott Harrison’s charity: water.
And when the travel became too much for her young family, Nicole pivoted and revived her mission-driven consulting practice to work with organizations on their growth strategy and help build community.
Nicole’s enthusiasm for people and culture has led her to build credibility amidst an impressive global community of Founders, CEOs, and change-makers. She is often the catalyst for unexpected, yet meaningful collaborations between unlikely partners that affect change in tangible ways.
Nicole has made the entrepreneurial and diverse community of Jersey City ‘home’ since 2011, and together with her husband, is proud to be raising two young ‘Jersey Girls’ in her home state.
Driven to ‘think globally, act locally,’ she sits on the board of local JC organizations, York Street Project, a shelter for families working to break the cycle of poverty. She has been a #HudsonGives committee member since 2022, a day of online giving run by the Hudson County Chamber of Commerce, which supported more than 100 local nonprofits and raised just about $1M in 2024.
Most recently, she started Climate Families Jersey City to help usher in a family-friendly sustainable mindset in her city and beyond, leading activations with the JC Free Public Library, Climate Fresk, New JC Offices of Sustainability and Innovation, and more!
I'm passionate about
Building bridges and catalyzing partnerships to bring scalable solutions to tough global challenges
An idea worth spreading
Maybe the most important thing isn’t what you do, but who you raise …
Things you might not know
Being real, not perfect
