I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at Jamia Millia Islamia, where I actively contributes to both academic and extracurricular spheres. I am also a passionate event organizer, i also played a key role in organizing a Treasure Hunt Event in celebration of Jamia's 104th Foundation Day and National Unity Day at both the university and department levels, successfully bringing students and faculty together in a fun and engaging way. Beyond campus events, I am deeply committed to social causes and community service.I was an integral part of the Cloth Drive organized by Naya Nazariya, an NGO focused on social impact, where i helped with collecting and distributing clothes to underserved communities. This experience sparked my desire to continue creating events that not only engage people but also serve a greater purpose for society. Driven by a strong sense of social responsibility and an interest in event management, I aspires to organize initiatives that can bring tangible benefits to the community. My blend of business acumen, leadership skills, and passion for service positions me as an emerging leader in community-driven event organizing.

As a BBA student, I am deeply passionate about the intersection of business, social responsibility, and digital innovation. My academic journey has allowed me to develop a strong foundation in business management, but my extracurricular and internship experiences have truly shaped my aspirations. I have actively participated in donation drives, where I not only contributed to community welfare but also honed my leadership, communication, and organizational skills. This experience instilled in me a sense of purpose and commitment to making a positive impact on society. In addition, my internship in digital marketing with a multinational company exposed me to the fast-paced and dynamic nature of the digital landscape. It has fueled my interest in understanding how businesses can leverage digital strategies to create value and enhance their market presence. I am excited to merge my business acumen with my passion for digital marketing, aiming to drive growth and innovation in future roles.

Empowering Women and Marginalized Communities through Education and Health Awareness In a rapidly evolving world, empowering women and marginalized communities, particularly in India, is essential for fostering equality and societal progress. My idea focuses on creating educational institutions that act as the backbone for women’s empowerment, particularly in rural and underserved areas. These institutions would offer not only academic learning but also life skills, vocational training, and mental health support. Alongside education, I advocate for improving health infrastructure, focusing on menstrual hygiene awareness and the accessibility of sanitary products. Additionally, gender sensitivity education for both boys and girls is crucial in fostering a culture of respect and equality. By addressing the intersecting challenges of education, health, and gender bias, we can create a future where all individuals, regardless of gender or background, have the opportunity to thrive.
