Paul Udah

Paul Udah is a Rwandan based Nigerian leadership Educator, consultant, Impact driven Project Manager, speaker and Author. He is the Host of the Leadership Master-class (LMC) A workshop that is geared towards raising and equipping the young towards Excellent leadership by means of trainings amongst others. He is the convener of the Young Leaders Summit (YLS) a convergence of Young Leaders and aspiring leaders from diverse walks of life to enhance the raising of Young balanced Leaders for the betterment of society and the nation at large. He studied Human Resource Management and Project management at Taraba business school. He also has his certifications in Leadership from the prestigious More Leadership Academy and The Guardian of the Nation International Leadership center (GOTNI) and African Leadership University (ALU) which are Africa's leading leadership institutions. He is the CEO of Paul Udah Leadership firm; an organization that has focused on raising a breed of balanced leaders (who are spiritual, excellent and principled) for societal betterment! He is also a member of the highly reputable Forbes Black Excellence Society. He is a phenomenal author of the book titled; YOU - The starting point to Global Leadership. A book that has pulled the attention of young people and brands towards self discovery, development and impact moves for true visibility. He is a God fearing, people driven and passionate young man. He promotes self leadership and organizational leadership. With what he does, has helped individuals and organizations to attain desired results. This truly is a young leader, who walks his talk! His purpose is to aid the raising of young balanced Leaders to attain success in leadership and He has been consistent at this. He is a multiple award winning thought leader and by reason of what he does, in the past years has been able to impact the lives of innumerable youths in Nigeria, Ghana, Canada and beyond.

OUR INSPIRING STORY Raised in an environment that suppressed the potentials of others and scoffed at the idea of youths from West Africa impacting the world, Paul suffered bouts of depression,low self-esteem and was heavily affected by the deplorable state of living conditions others suffered due to abuse of leadership. Exposed through technology, social media to books and perspectives from great inspirational leaders all over the continent, Paul realized that it was possible for excellent leadership systems and structures that were of benefits to citizens to exist. He made it his commitment then, to use technology and social media to educate youths on their ability to inspire change and world impact through leadership. Even though leadership seems to be an innate potential in him, he records that leadership affords him the platform to collaborate with people of prominence to inspire youths regardless of gender or race. He has partnered with nonprofit organizations and Girl-child advocacy initiatives such as Girls Reach Out Worldwide, The Writers Manger Network, The Khustodians Network, The Nsentip Twins Foundation, to educate the girl child on their potential to advance to leadership. Paul has been credited by over 3000+ youths to be the source of inspiration for their leadership directives in their school, community and society (about 40% who are female). Paul has worked with over 50 organizations, giving coaching calls and online training sessions to those in the diaspora (Rwanda, Canada and Ghana) as well as live sessions in 10 states in Nigeria, to change their toxic workplace cultures and raise compassionate, effective leaders. Paul Udah is a leadership enthusiast whose desire is to educate youths, organizations and political leaders on the value of excellent, ethical leadership codes.
