Bio
Ambitious goals are vulnerable.
From commercial projects to technological advancements; transdisciplinary collaborations have emerged in several industries in the past few years, causing individuals and entities that still work in silo to face tremendous obstacles in growing; and great ideas often die in infancy. Entrepreneurs, SMEs and Large Corporations have begun to innovate the way they do business once they know they can no longer survive working with their old ways. In short, the way people “make things happen” has changed, forever.
That's why, I believe in bringing together a diverse group of talents to bridge the gap between great ideas and great people.
In the past 5 years, I have witnessed how innovative companies evolve and thrive from the ringside seat. Besides involving myself intensively in world-changing movements like TEDx, TEDCircles, and Global Shapers’s VIPERS program, I have worked with local governments including MBPP and Ministry of Health on citywide campaigns; worked with international organizations like Goethe-Institut and Fashion Revolution on impact-driven activations and also worked with real estate developers and MNCs on events and festivals that generate significant business results for the client.
I'm passionate about
The use of humour and wit in conveying complicated messages, carrying out difficult conversations and crafting powerful marketing campaigns.
An idea worth spreading
From community development to ecosystem building, we're all in a quest for a sustainable model to grow people, ideas and projects. What fascinates me most about my work is having the chance to observe how leaders manage the dynamic of all stakeholders and its ever-moving parts that comes with the innate "community member archetypes". That said, beyond the typical depiction of the types of contributors, active members' states are fluid in nature and in-flow with the ever-changing power dynamic as the project progresses. For an ecosystem to thrive, leaders have to up their game in their contextual sensitivity towards who's in your community mix and what exactly they are contributing to the vision - be it positive or negative; here and now.

The TED story
Throughout my TEDx journey, I've seen how our platforms have spawned movements. For instance, a talk that we’ve curated went viral, with 20 million views now across platforms.
Other than that, we've also received much feedback from the local community that how getting to know a particular speaker through our event, has helped advance their social cause and how some of the talks have inspired them to do things differently. That's the beauty of TED I think, transformation were orchestrated in unexpected ways, where even the vibe can touch hearts and incite change.
