I'm passionate about
I'm passionate about being a catalyst for positive change. I believe in taking steps in the right direction with sincerity and dedication. I'm committed to learning, improving, and contributing to causes that can benefit future generations. I see our time here as brief but valuable, and I'm determined to make it count by striving for meaningful impact.
An idea worth spreading
"World is cruel," but we made it so by avoiding conflicts that don't interest or benefit us. Walking away instead of taking the lead, speaking up when it's necessary, than to debate on the prospects later. If you find a single moment or an unfair affair in your surroundings - stand up for that, voice your opinion - that might help a few, if not everyone, to join your call. Built up frustrations, pent up anger, failures don't do any good if acknowledged and addressed later in life - rarely comes a chance where we can get something good out of that but the damage has been done long ago. Still hope and perseverance don't turn a blind eye to anyone who reaches out to bring and create a "change" after a comfortable slumber - thirsty crow needs to make a move first.

The TED story
When the TEDx team reached out to me, they saw the value in my extensive network and PR experience, but what really resonated with me was the theme they chose—Breaking Taboos. This theme was more than just a topic; it was a call to challenge the status quo, to question what we often accept without a second thought.
Joining the first TEDx event in our region was an opportunity to push boundaries and encourage open, honest conversations on subjects often left in the shadows. We aimed to create a platform where diverse voices could speak out on issues that matter but are rarely addressed. From social norms to cultural stigmas, we invited speakers who were willing to take a stand, share their experiences, and inspire others to do the same.
This experience reinforced my belief in the power of community and the importance of addressing the uncomfortable truths that shape our lives. Breaking taboos is about more than just speaking up; it's about fostering connections that lead to understanding and change. I'm proud to have been part of this movement, helping to create an event that not only resonated with our community but for the first time also set the stage for future conversations in the Hazara Region and beyond.
