As an experienced school Vice Principal, Principal, Superintendent of Education and current Associate Director of Education, I have a demonstrated history of serving in Ontario's Public Education sector through my leadership. Skilled in Strategic Planning, Strategic Implementation and Monitoring, Evidence Informed School Learning and Improvement, Negotiation and Problem Resolution, K-12 Education and Threat-Risk Assessment and with a recent focus on GenerativeAI and its integration in teaching, learning, assessment and evaluation. I hold a Master of Education (M.Ed.) focused in International Leadership, with a focus on continuous system and school Improvement, staff learning and leadership development. Additionally, I am honoured to serve beyond the boarders of my District School Board as a Board Member for OPSOA (Ontario Public Supervisory Officers Association) and ECNO (Educational Computing Network of Ontario) to further the learning and well-being needs of each child, each day and support the educators serve them!
