Rahul Trivedi

Rahul brings with him an experience of 12 years in the field of Training and Teaching. Being an associate practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic programming and an internationally certified training professional, he has keen understanding of human behavior and competency mapping. His work is commissioned to catalyze the skills enhancement within the professionals and students alike. Area of his core interests are Corporate Communications, Human Resource Management, Counselling ,Labour Laws, Organizational behavior, Employability Skills, storytelling , motivation etc. He has done his MBA in Human Resource Management under International University of Vienna, Austria. He has been the University Topper in KBCNMU, Jalgaon while he completed his 2nd PG degree in Personnel Management. Committed to a mission of self-upgradation, he is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in the domain related to Emotional Intelligence and big 5 personality traits. He has been associated as a training catalyst with many small medium enterprises and big corporate entities like Marico and Legrand. He has also been associated with Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Jalgaon chapter for last 10 years. Currently, he is employed with Marwadi University,Rajkot, Gujarat as and Assistant professor in the Faculty of Management Studies. He is a believer of the statement “Celebrate Life” Winner of gold medals in Powerlifting and Judo his interest lies in fitness, music and creative writing.
