About Florence

Bio

Florence enjoys being a facilitator and supporting events like TEDXLoganCircle, which bring together the community and increase learning and connections. She founded Kichocheo to help mission-driven clients apply recruiting and retention best practices in a context of resource constraint. Her work is informed by a practitioner's knowledge of team dynamics and her dedication to mentoring the next generation of diverse leaders. Florence Navarro has worked in Central Europe, Africa and Asia for the United Nations and the World Bank Group, a global non-profit, and social enterprise incubator programs. Since 2007, she has supported entrepreneurs around the world to launch and grow their companies, from biodiversity-based to sanitation and ed tech businesses. Florence has an M.S. in Management from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and an M.A. in International Relations from the Johns Hopkins University Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), and is SHRM Certified for Talent Acquisition. She grew up in Southern France and lives in Washington DC.
