I define myself a Knowledge-oriented guy who is driven by intellectual curiosity and a strong desire to learn. Professionaly speaking, my working approach is based on motivation and emotional engagement, where people around me can be a continuous source of inspiration. I personally invest a lot of time and energy in reading, learning and thinking with the main purpose to transform general knowledge into actionable skills through the school of experience. Currently, I've been working as Management Consultant with a core expertise in Project Management and Change Management initiative One of my favourite dreams? Become an influential thinker and help people to develop their talents. I’d like to reach widespread impact and shape positive thoughts and behaviors in people, society and the surrounding ecosystem. I love finding out solutions and explore new opportunities in creative ways. What makes me happy? First of all, building solid relationships and learning from others. My daily ambition is to live a satisfying life based on my own deep passions and interests.

Most of all, I am passionate about knowledge (theoretic but also applicative) and human relationships. Other passions concern everything which has to do with communication, creativity and leadership.

I'm a firm supporter of the power of history in human society. A lot of people forget messages and teachings coming from history. I'd like to help society stop running in a such fast-changing world and, instead, reflect and be focused on what is happening around them. Life trajectories and events are cyclical and we should take advantages (and learn a lot!) from the past. In my opinion, collective and personal decisions are taken too often in a short-term perspective and young guys are losing the grip with their origins.

My first experience with TED started 2 summers ago in Lappeenranta (Finland). I was attending a summer school in Innovation and Creativity Management when one member of my team, coming from Canada, introduced me to TED talks for the first time. We were talking about how innovation can change life habits and enrich society on the whole. At my eyes, TED idea seemed something really powerful in this sense and I remember how thrilled I was about it. However, I was still not aware about the presence of TEDx local. Then, about one year after the discovery, I stumbled across a fantastic opportunity. My girlfriend told me about a TED event in Turin, my native town!Soon, I became aware of TEDxTurin and I got in touch with the guys of the Association. And now, here I am, as Board representative of the Association! Amazing!!
