Lagan Sebert

Lagan Sebert is a partner and co-owner of Hometeam Global Content. As a media professional, Lagan is a passionate storyteller using equal parts technology and empathy to explore socially relevant and timely issues with his work. As a producer Lagan has developed, sold, and EPd original content for MTV, Discovery Plus, iHeart Radio, PBS, T-Mobile, and Apple. As a director, Lagan has won Cannes Gold Lions, Clios, and Webbys and directed A-List music artists including Kesha, HER, Chris Stapleton, Chance the Rapper, Maluma, Imagine Dragons, Macklemore, Manchester Orchestra and many more. In the entertainment world Lagan has producing credits on shows including Apple's My Kind of Country, NBC's American Song Contest, NBC's The Voice, NBC's Global Citizen, HBO's L'Oreal's Women of Worth, HBO's Legendary, and Apple's Hannah Waddingham: Home for Christmas.

At Hometeam we are trying to improve the way film production is done by fostering and growing our tribe of filmmakers, content creators, and production sherpas in every major market around the globe. Lagan is passionate about giving creative communities around the globe more opportunities to create in their backyards without having to drag those carts full of pelican cases through the skies polluting our planet. Doing production locally and globally encourages diversity in talent in front of and behind the lens which we see leading to increased authenticity as well as a more sustainable approach to production.
