I lead the Planet Money podcast teams at NPR. We tell true stories to millions of people each week that explain the most complicated economic concepts in fun and unexpected ways, usually on our two podcasts and NPR radio, sometimes on TikTok and one time as a comic book and stage musical. Also, I’m testing ways AI can help journalism and how journalism orgs can prepare for coming AI threats. I was recently at Stanford as a JSK Journalism Fellow and am currently a Journalist-in-Residence at the Stanford's institute for Human Centered AI (HAI). Let’s talk about sourcing, information provenance and accuracy in news and AI.
