Whenever we listen to someone, we need to see beyond their words. Every narrative that comes out of a person, stems from an underlying logic - who's constantly setting the tone, the direction and the willingness of this person to accommodate other perspectives. How quickly and accurately we can identify the underlying logic, whether it's a form of belief or a position that's driven by its gain, will determine how well we can achieve our communication goals and connect with each other.

I've attended TEDxPenangRoad when I was 19 years old - the year where my primary goal in life was to expedite my growth and to find my place in this world. Here's what I realised : the magic of the TED-universe is more than the inspiring ideas from Susan Cain or Brene Brown, it's the community that lifts me up.

I'm an introvert, someone who prefers solitude over social gatherings. Because of this, others might not realise that I possess a strong ability to tackle difficult problems. My quiet nature often obscures my talents, but when given the opportunity, I excel in tasks that require deep analysis and strategic thinking.
