Sobia Abbas Memon

Hi, Its Sobia Abbas Memon from Hyderabad, Pakistan. I am studying BBA (HONS) at University Of Sindh, Jamshoro. I want to be a good leader. I have been always interested in management since my school. I have good communication skills. My goal is to be a HR Manager.

I put a high priority to lead and to motivate people, so I am really passionate about leading and management. I feel myself when i manage the things and make a team for specific goal. I feel really energised when i work in management. I get a feeling, this is actually what i want in my life and I cannot explain that feeling how it makes me happy.

I really want to spread the kindness. Being a human, I feel so bad when i see poor people on road begging. I want to help them as more as I can. My heart weeps when i see the little kids roaming on road without slippers and sleeping at footpath. I really want them to study but their parents force them to beg because they have become habitual of this thing. I want to end the concept of begging and would like to make them show their talent. It makes me happy when i give them my food and sharing my things with them. I want people to treat those little poor kids with kindness.

I am really honoured to be Management Head. I was unaware of being head because initially I was team member, but after few days I got to know there is no management head, he was unable to join team because of his personal reasons. Our leader decided to give this opportunity to me. I really worked hard and gave my best to make the TED successful. Thanks to my teammates who cooperated with me. In University to manage teenage boys and girls simultaneously was very difficult for me in event. I was spending 13 to 14 hours in University to make this event successful. The whole decoration was on me and to maintain discipline in event as well. I am so glad that my team members was responsible. We made handmade decoration pieces and spent our nights to make this event successful.

I am good at leading and people don’t know about it. Well! It's not uncommon for certain skills to be less visible or recognized by others. But, I believe in my leadership skills and I will continue to demonstrate them through your actions, communication, and decision-making. I hope one day people will get to know about my skills and will likely
