Saruulkhuslen Batbayar's journey begins in Mongolia, where his deep passion for business and leadership propels him forward. In 2022, Saruulkhuslen's dedication to excellence and his impactful contributions earned him the "Top Student" award from the Mongolian Student Association, a recognition that is awarded only to 100 students nationally, every year. Currently studying at Hult International Business School in London, Saruulkhuslen finds fulfillment in delving into the complexities of the financial industry and its profound impact on the global economy. His commitment to academic excellence is evident in receiving a full scholarship, reflecting his dedication to both learning and contributing to the community. Outside academia, Saruulkhuslen actively engages with his community, participating in clubs, extracurricular activities, and volunteering as a guitarist at his church. His goal is not only to make a positive impact but also to form meaningful connections within and beyond his immediate circles.

My TEDx journey began in 2023 when I stumbled upon one of my favorite pastimes, TED talks and TED-Ed, being organized independently at my university. I immediately applied and took on the role of Head of Finance. Since then, I've been passionately involved in organizing and promoting TEDx events among students and colleagues. To date, I've successfully organized three events, and learning from my predecessor's experiences, hope to soon spearhead TEDxHultLondon's legacy.
