About Luciana

I am a…

Brainstormer, Connector, Event planner, Idea generator, Producer, Project manager, World traveler

Bio

I was born in Necochea, where the sea gave me a broad view of the world while keeping me grounded. As a broadcast producer, I manage projects where every detail is important and every person is a key part of the team. I truly believe in connecting everything I have learned; I apply my curiosity and training to every new challenge. What motivates me most is seeing a team work together perfectly. I want the creative process to be as rewarding and enjoyable as the final result.

I'm passionate about

Music, cooking, and traveling. Living for several months in different cultures like India, Italy, Canada and Chile allowed me to see the world differently. This gave me an open and understanding perspective, which is my foundation for every project I take on.

An idea worth spreading

I believe in the power of collaboration: when we come together to share ideas, everything becomes stronger. Teamwork is what allows us to reach our goals or discover unexpected paths that are even better. For me, the best ideas are the ones that grow when we connect and work with others

The TED story

I started as a last-minute volunteer at the registration desk, and that first experience was life-changing. Listening to the speakers and their ideas really moved me. The following year, I took on a role in communication and script curation, helping to select and refine the stories for the stage. In the latest edition, I took a "quantum leap" as the Integral Producer. My focus was on supporting the speakers through their process and coordinating the production with my team. It was my best work so far: the entire team enjoyed the process and solved every challenge with a smile. I am grateful to be part of this movement and I truly believe that the power of ideas, when put into action, always leads us to great places

Things you might not know

I have a diploma in Human Resources, I am a yoga teacher, and I am a tea designer. These roles give me the listening and focus skills I use to lead groups. I enjoy the precision and patience needed to create a tea blend. I bring this same philosophy to project management to ensure the team environment is always professional, genuine, and effective.
