Pauline Fischer

Pauline Fischer is an industry leader and the Founder of Propel Entertainment Group, a multi-platform production company focused on fueling stories and empowering storytellers globally. Across previous roles including Netflix and Paramount Pictures, Pauline has established a reputation for taking creative ideas from concept to release and building cutting-edge businesses and initiatives. She has produced, acquired and overseen critically acclaimed, award-winning television and feature films that have entertained audiences worldwide. Pauline launched the originals films group at Netflix setting the stage for industry leading changes in the distribution of feature films and, in her current role, works closely with experienced writer’s through her writer's lab in Africa and beyond. She’s a sought after speaker and advisor to media & entertainment start-ups and conglomerates as well as a long-time advocate for creating pathways for diverse creative voices and executive talent within the industry. Pauline holds a JD/MBA from Harvard and is a member of the Executive Branch of the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts & Sciences and the CA State Bar.
