A Colorado local with a passion for storytelling, community, and the great outdoors, Leah Rybak brings over 13 years of marketing expertise to her role as founder of LMR Consulting. She partners with businesses of all sizes, from solo-owned ventures to established local institutions, to develop unique, tailored marketing plans that drive exposure and revenue growth. Specializing in content creation, social media strategy, and organic SEO, Leah combines a deep understanding of community context with a passion for crafting compelling narratives. Her love for the mountains is evident both in her work and her personal life, where she can be found mountain biking with her dog Toby, skiing with her husband and ski guide Paul, or exploring Colorado's wild beauty. Prior to founding LMR Consulting, Leah honed her copywriting skills at adventure companies and a non-profit dedicated to helping older adults. She is also a founding member and Marketing Director of TEDxBreckenridge, which brings inspiring ideas and showcases local thought leadership in Summit County. Deeply connected to her community and passionate about outdoor advocacy, Leah finds joy in whitewater rafting, traveling, drinking wine with friends, and reading poetry. Fun Fact: She lived in Barcelona for a year and will be an official aunt in early January!
